Request account deletion

Ask us to permanently delete your PropBoard account and the personal data associated with it. This applies to the tenant and inspector mobile apps and the web portal.

Submit a deletion request

Complete the form with the email address on your account. We'll confirm your identity, then permanently delete your account. You can also email privacy@propboard.tech from your account email address.

What gets deletedYour profile and login, your applications and documents, maintenance and support tickets, notices, messages, uploaded photos and device/notification tokens.
What we may retainRecords we're legally required to keep — such as signed lease agreements and financial/payment records — are retained only for the period the law requires, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How long it takesWe verify and complete deletions within 30 days of your request, and email you to confirm once it's done.
